- We collect only basic contact information including your name, email address, phone number, and business details that you voluntarily provide to us.
- Your contact information is used exclusively for business communication purposes, including responding to inquiries, providing services, and following up with current and potential clients.
- We do not collect or store credit card or financial information on our website. Payments are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. All contact information is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.
- We will never sell or distribute your contact information to third parties or other organizations for their own marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with the service providers described below that help us deliver our services.
SMS / Text Messaging
Messaging brand: Text messages are sent by Pest Control Front Desk VFDA, the registered messaging brand of Pest Control Front Desk.
Information collected: When you contact us or request a demo, we may collect your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details of your request.
How it is used: Your contact information is used for business communications, such as responding to your inquiry, demo follow-ups you requested, appointment reminders, onboarding assistance, account updates, and customer support.
How consent is provided: We send text messages only to people who explicitly agree to receive them. Promotional (marketing) text messages require your prior written consent, which we will collect through a dedicated Text Message Sign-Up page where promotional and operational messages are separate, optional choices. Operational text messages, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and account updates, are sent only when you have requested text-message contact for that purpose. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.
Email confirmation: After you sign up, we send a confirmation link to the email address you provided. Your choices take effect only after you open that link and deliberately confirm them on our website. This confirmation verifies access to the email inbox; it does not verify ownership of the mobile number.
Consent records: When you sign up, we keep a record of the message types you selected, your Terms and Privacy acknowledgement, the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, the page you used, and technical details such as a coded form of your internet address and browser. We keep this to document what was agreed.
Retention: We keep identifiable consent records while your consent is active and generally for five years afterward, subject to applicable legal obligations. We generally retain unconfirmed sign-up information for approximately 90 days after the confirmation link expires, then redact identifying information under our retention procedures. When you opt out, we keep the evidence needed to honor your opt-out. Where possible, we remove personal details while preserving the compliance history we are required to keep.
Access: Consent records are accessible to authorized business personnel and to the service providers involved in operating our website, including privileged hosting-platform operators, as required for their roles.
Deletion requests: You may ask us to delete or remove your personal details. We evaluate each request under applicable law, and we may need to retain necessary consent or opt-out evidence; in those cases we remove your personal details instead of deleting the record itself.
Promotional messages: Promotional or marketing text messages are sent only to recipients who have given the appropriate consent to receive them. Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.
Withdrawing consent: You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at marsha@pestcontrolfrontdesk.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile number and messaging consent privacy: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers: Authorized communication service providers, including Twilio, may process your information solely to deliver messages and operate authorized services. They are not given permission to use your mobile phone number or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
